Because we strip most bathrooms back to the bare brick to ensure a flawless, watertight foundation, a comprehensive bespoke installation typically takes between two to three weeks. Complex wet rooms or projects requiring structural alterations may take slightly longer. We provide a strict, fixed timeline before any work commences.
Is the quoted price Fixed or Could There be Extra Charges Later?
We pride ourselves on absolute transparency. Your quotation provides a genuine, fixed price for the agreed bathroom design and installation. While our initial surveys are exceptionally thorough, properties can occasionally hide unforeseen structural issues such as rotten joists or degraded sub-flooring that only become apparent once the original bathroom is stripped back.
Should we uncover anything that requires attention to ensure the safety and longevity of your new suite, we will immediately pause, show you the issue, and agree on a clear cost to rectify it before proceeding. There are no hidden fees, just honest, professional communication.

Can you convert my standard bathroom into a wet room?
Absolutely. Wet rooms are highly sought-after for their sleek aesthetics and accessibility. Converting a standard room requires precise sub-floor grading and comprehensive professional ‘tanking’ (waterproofing) of the walls and floor to prevent leaks. Our engineers are specialists in delivering flawless, watertight wet room installations.
Can you supply the fixtures and fittings, or do I need to buy them?
We offer a completely flexible approach. We can supply industry-leading, premium brassware, ceramics, and tiles at highly competitive trade prices. However, if you have already sourced your dream fixtures, we are more than happy to provide an ‘installation-only’ quotation.
